Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship to UK addresses.
How can I contact the Protect the Wild shop?
You can fill out our form here or email us directly at – shop@protectthewild.org.uk – we will do our best to answer your enquiry within 1-2 business days. We’re a small team so please do be patient.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders usually take 1-5 business days. We do our best to fulfil orders as quickly as we can. The service we use is Royal Mail second class delivery and if you’re not in at the time of delivery a note will be left informing you of how to collect your order.
Who pays for the shipping if I return an order?
The customer pays for shipping when returning an order.
Can I get a refund for my order?
If you have received/placed your order and wish to return it you have 30 days to do so after placing the order.
You may return to us any product that is damaged, or defective when it is delivered to you, or where we have delivered a product to you in error. You may return to us any product in which you have changed your mind about.
You must communicate this with us by emailing shop@protectthewild.org.uk with your order number. You will then be instructed to send the product/s back to our merchandise team and as long as the items are able to be resold you will receive a full refund for the cost of the order including original postage paid. You will have to cover the cost of returning the product/s.
In order to ensure the safe return of product/s we recommend that you obtain evidence of postage from the post office and retain this evidence of postage until you have received your refund.
All refunds will be made via the original payment method.
How long before my refunded payment is in my account?
This will usually take up to 7 working days depending on the payment method that you used and processing times of your payment provider.
Can I track my order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a tracked delivery service but use Royal Mail second class delivery for all of our orders. The reason for this is we’re able to pass savings onto our supporters and we have found this service to be reliable.
My item turned up damaged or defected what do I do?
In the unlikely event that your order turns up damaged or defected, simply send an image and details about your order to – shop@protectthewild.org.uk – and we will inform you of the process for returning your order or your item/s being replaced free of charge.
